Candidate will have experience on CNC machines such as verticals, horizontals and lathes, understands geometric tolerances and able to perform machine setups. Set up and operates machine to CNC programmed data. Must have experience with complex blueprints and an understanding of geometric tolerances.

Education Level: 2 year technical degree preferred

Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of CNC machine setup experience.




Industrial Maintenance Tech

Summary of Duties: --- Will install, repair, troubleshoot & maintain metal working machinery as well as repair electrical equipment (wiring according to code)
--- Experience in industrial electrical installation of 600 volts or less.
--- Experience with industrial hydraulic systems.

--- Must have availability to work rotating shifts including weekend or night shifts.

Machining Estimator

Summary of Duties: This position will analyze technical documentation to prepare material cost and labor estimates to be used for planning/organizing/scheduling work and preparing bids. The successful candidate must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents such as machining blueprints, specifications and other technical documents. Advanced Excel skills are REQUIRED for this position. This is a high-visibility, exempt/salaried position that requires a minimum of 2 years related estimating experience; machining experience will also be considered.




Production Welder

Summary of Duties: ***NOTE: Applicants who have completed a welding certificate program, have had welding training, or have had Vo-tech education/training in welding will be considered FIRST.***

Instructor demonstrations of basic welding techniques using Gas Arc Welding (GMAW) and practice by the new hires in basic Oxyacetylene and Arc welding. The new hires will practice flame cutting, gas and arc welding in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions; may learn Tungsten-Arc Inert Gas (TIG) and Shielded Metal: Arc Welding (SMAW).

Must be available for all shifts.


Education Level: High school diploma or GED; completion of a weld training program preferred

Experience: Previous steady solid experience in construction or manual labor positions are preferred.

QC Inspector

Summary of Duties: We are searching for a QC Inspector to join our Machining Division.

The Inspector must be able to measure machined parts with calipers, micrometers and other machinists tools. Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Welding and CMM inspection experience is a plus. GD&T training/experience and advanced math skills preferred. Successful candidate will train on and learn our CMM, Faro Arm, and Laser Tracker equipment.




TIG Welder

Summary of Duties: Fits and welds fabricated and metal components to manufacture weldments and sub-assemblies or related components using FCAW, GMAW or Aluminum processes by performing the following duties. Has the ability to weld most sub-assemblies in production and fit and/or weld on most jigs for all production requirements. Also has the ability to build assemblies from blue prints.

Essential Duties:
These weld positions will lay out, fit, and weld steel and aluminum fabricated components to manufacture weldments and sub-assemblies utilizing established ASME welding processes. Candidate will be all-position certified, steel and/or aluminum qualified, able to interpret complex blueprints & weld symbols and fit/weld according to print.



Welds on medium and/or large fabrications in a jig fixture. Welds on large fabrication projects in multiple positions that may include but not limited to overhead, flat, and/or horizontal Must understand blue-prints and weld symbols with the ability to build weldment from prints. Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding according to blue-prints. Properly sets up and adjust welding machine and various equipment as needed. Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding. Assembles parts by bolting and riveting. Repairs parts by grinding, dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts.


Education Level: Vocational school or associate’s degree in field preferred, but not required

Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge of Welding symbols required. Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and the ability to dimensionally inspect parts with standard measuring equipment.
Knowledge of NDT inspection using MT or PT a plus.

Experience: Two (2) years of weld inspection experience highly preferred; welding experience will also be considered.
