JWF Industries Celebrates Future Workforce During Senior Signing Day

Johnstown, PA – May 18, 2026: JWF Industries proudly welcomed several graduating high school seniors during a recent Senior Signing Day event, recognizing students who have committed to beginning their careers with the company following graduation.

The event celebrated the next generation of skilled trades and manufacturing professionals, highlighting JWF’s continued investment in workforce development and opportunities for young people throughout the region. Students, families, educators, and JWF leadership gathered to recognize the seniors as they officially signed on to join the JWFamily.

Will Polacek, President of JWF Industries, spoke to the students about the importance of hard work, attitude, teamwork, and the opportunities available within manufacturing and the skilled trades industry.
