JWF Industries Celebrates Employee Certification Achievements

Johnstown, PA – April 22, 2026 – JWF Industries is proud to announce the recent certification achievements of three employees, highlighting the company’s ongoing commitment to workforce development and skilled trades excellence.

Rachel Hayes and Noah Keith have each earned their Journeyman Welder Certification, demonstrating a high level of technical skill, precision, and dedication to their craft. In addition, Ray Berger has earned his Journeyman Machinist Certification, marking a significant milestone in his professional development and expertise in machining.

Rachel Hayes’ accomplishment is especially noteworthy, as she is the first woman at JWF Industries to earn a Journeyman Welder Certification. Her achievement reflects not only her individual dedication and perseverance, but also the company’s commitment to expanding opportunities and supporting women in the skilled trades.

These certifications represent years of hands-on training, education, and a strong commitment to safety and quality—values that are central to JWF Industries’ operations.
