Quality Plan Process
Quality plans are tailored to each customer’s needs.
1. Quality Lead drafts quality plan to meet customer’s needs, including a definition of key metrics and inspection strategy for each stage of production.
2. Plan is reviewed during the formulation of the project’s process map.
3. After any changes are made and the program manager approves the plan, it is presented to the customer for final sign-off.
4. Upon acceptance by the customer, the quality plan is incorporated into the process map and monitored and measured throughout the life of the project.

Equipment
CTQ inspection requirements set at the kick-off are monitored during production, with root cause analysis for failures. JWF Industries conducts and documents 100% dimensional First Article Inspections (FAI) on AS9102 forms using calibrated equipment on the first two pieces to ensure process capability.
